Lecture demonstrations on the release of physical tensions. Special
emphasis is placed on repetitive-strain injury, tendinitis, and other
problems. Training on overcoming mental anxieties, and the causes and

A comprehensive program, cosponsored by the Ithaca College School of
Music and the School of Health Science and Human Performance. Five days
of seminars, workshops, and consultations focused on an individualized
